DJ K.O. & the Elementality family return with the third installment in a year long series of EP's that will be released on a monthly basis. Living Out A State Of Mind Vol. 3 picks up right where Vol. 2 left off with even more dope new material from Elementality MC's Silent Knight, East, & MadKem, along side fantastic production from Analogic, Laudz, & DaveNotti.

"What We On" is the lead single off DJ K.O.’s upcoming EP, Living Out A State of Mind Vol. 3, which is set to drop on January 28th. The track showcases MadKem, Elementality’s newest MC, on the mic over some heavy Analogic drums. Sticking to traditional formatting of the vinyl days, we’ve got a "B-Side" to liberate for this new Digital 12". "Spit or Die" features G.O.D. (of Pitch Black) on the mic with a vintage Analogic piano sample driven beat, with DJ Vega Benetton on the cuts.
"Wut I Do" is the 3rd single off DJ K.O.’s EP, Living Out A State of Mind Vol. 2, which showcases East on the mic over a raw/gritty/bass heavy Analogic beat.
Keeping with the traditional formatting of the vinyl days, we’ve got a "B-Side" to liberate for this new Digital 12″. "Run & Gun" again features East on the mic with Analogic on the boards. This time around they enlist Finale & Chaundon to let the masses know who’s out to be mentioned amongst the best in the game. As if all this isn’t enough, we’ve even got a B-Side remix by Analogic.
The quality of the music video makes this track sound not-so-great, but it really is actually a pretty dope song. I've provided a CDQ version below for you to download and if you're feeling creative or just bored, sync the .mp3 with the video and watch it that way.

*a-FILI-ated* This a must have EP!!! Analogic is one of my favorite producers right now, along with Rashid Hadee but here, Analogic handles all the beats, and it's nothing short of amazing. Listen to "Expode" and you'll see what I mean and Rashid Hadee, he rips the mic up, probably one of the best Producer/MC's out right now now, up there with Bronze Nazareth. I'll post up more stuff related to Analogic so you guys can see how good this guy really is on the boards.

Emerging from Trenton, the capital of New Jersey, Analogic has set out to win over the fans of this new generation of hip-hop with his soulful and hard hitting production. Having only been making beats since 2003, Analogic has amazingly climbed the proverbial ranks of the undergrounds new generation of elite producers. Quickly making a name for himself, Analogic has worked with the likes of such renowned emcees as Talib Kweli, Masta Ace, AZ, Sean Price, Wordsworth, & Phonte (of Little Brother).
Ironically enough Analogic began his musical endeavors as an emcee at the age of 19; however, he became increasingly frustrated with the production he was receiving. Not willing to rely on others, Analogic set out to craft his own beats. He’s yet to look back. Armed with his trusty Akai MPC 2000XL, he creates the soulful backdrops for emcees to pen those poignant rhymes that we’ve all come to know and love. Drawing inspiration from various genres, Analogic unifies the sounds of soul, jazz, & rock into his own unique sonic creations.
