DJ K.O. - Ladder Of Success Remix Contest Winner Announced

DJ K.O. & Beat Society recently got together for the "Ladder of Success" Remix Contest. The contest aimmed to give producers a chance to come up in the game and climb the "Ladder of Success" by remixing a track from DJ K.O.'s album Picture This... that featured verses from Phonte, Wordsworth, K-Hill & Masta Ace. Check out the winning submission below from SeeMore, a UK producer, that will be featured on the upcoming Picture These Remixes via Soulspazm Records on January 19, 2010.

Masta Ace & Edo G: Behind The Scenes of Little Young (Video)

Check out this Behind The Scenes look at Masta Ace & EDO. G's soon to be released video for "Little Young"; including appearances from DOITALL (Lords Of The Underground), Roman Oben (NFL's San Diego Chargers) and Masta Ace's do it yourself Grill Kit. As some of you know, the "First 48" spoof that Ace and EDO debuted a few weeks ago was met by a "Cease & Desist" letter from "A&E" cable network, which prompted the "First 48" video to be pulled and also quelled plans the duo had of releasing a second promotional video ("Intervention") for the project; which will now unfortunately go unseen. The "Cease & Desist" from A&E also prompted a change in release date for the project, which is now November 3rd.

A&E (Masta Ace & Edo G) - Little Young (Prod. by M-Phazes)

Veteran MC’s Edo.G and Masta Ace have come together to form a new duo called A&E, and are set to drop their first collaborative album, Arts & Entertainment on October 6th.

The M-Phazes produced "Little Young" is the first single. The project will also feature production from Double-O, and DJ Spinna, with guest appearances from KRS-One, Chester French, Posdnous of De La Soul, DOITALL of Lords of The Underground and Marsha Ambrosious.
