Half A Klip is an album from Kool G Rap, released on February 5, 2008. The album release was pushed back twice from September 25 to October 23, then to February 5. Half A Klip was solely financed by CEO DMAK. An abridged version of the album was leaked to the internet by Koch for marketing purposes on January 31. Half a Klip is the first new solo music from Kool G Rap in six years and features production from figures such as DJ Premier and his old Juice Crew mentor Marley Marl, as well as an unlikely collaboration with actress and songwriter Haylie Duff.
